How do I place an order?
In order to place your order, the fast and easy way is by email. Although you can also do it by regular mail.
In order to make it via email you only have to copy the articles that you wish, then paste in a blank email message, and send it to ventas@planetacactus.com
You can also download the order that will help we process your order quickly.
By clicking the bar of the left you will reach our catalogue. In the listings you found the item name, description, size, price and item number.

Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes. Minimum purchase is $3300.
(All prices are in Chilean Pesos)

Which payment options do I have?
You can place your payment by:

Should I paid an extra charge for shipping & handling?
Yes. Please ask.

How long should I wait for my order?
Once we receive the payment, we prepare the order and we send it the same week.

What happens if some items are out of stock?
We make everything we can to fulfill your request, but some items are in limited quantities. If you choose some replacements, we can make your order faster just in case some items were out of stock.
Also, if you prefer, we can send the items we got in stock and give you a credit in your next order for the rest of the payment.
