Place of origin: Mexico states of Chihuahua and Guanajuato.

Description: The stem has oval cylindrical shape and ramifies from its base, although it can appear ramified from the aerial part. It is between 15 and 20 cm. high and shows between 20 and 23 ribs.
The areolas has oval shape, and are very close to each other.
Radial spines are white or pink, flattened and extended, they show divergent extremities. They are about 20 and 25. Central spines are short and they are about 2 or 6.
Flowers has short felted tube with spiny look. They are pink and about 6 and 8 cm. long.

Growing tips: The plant has good resistance to cold. Propagation by cuttings or by rooting offsets.
